As soon as they arrived inside they were stopped by another security officer who told them they could not bring alcohol on the premises but that they could leave it in the car and come back. The security officer told them that they could, but they needed to bring it to the hotel door. They stopped outside to ask a security guard if they were allowed to bring alcohol into their room. When we arrived I went inside to check in while my brother and the rest of the group walked in. Hello, I had booked 2 rooms for Saturday the 5th. I guess I'll spend my time at treasure where I can actually get drinks in a timely manner, smoke my cigarettes, get better promotional money (I am preferred and lucky if I get $40), AND sit where the machines are socially distanced. Many around me including those infringing upon my space had the mask under the nose and not on properly. They enforce the masks upon entry but that's as good as it gets. There was definitely not 6 foot distance. During the course of my time spent there, I had multiple people come and sit next to me. Now that they cut smoking, all of the slot machines are turned on and chairs are at every machine. You can also smoke in front of the hotel entrance. They have a tent out front that is not heated for smoking. Or all the people that didn't know, Mystic no longer allows smoking in the casino.
